2017 Retiree Insurance Rates
These documents have all of the 2017 insurance rates for retirees as indicated:
- Pre-merger CO/CMI retired August 29, 2016 and earlier
- Pre-merger UA retired June 30, 2003 and earlier
- Pre-merger UA retired between July 1, 2003 and August 30, 2016
- Pre-merger UA retired August 31, 2016 and later
- Flight Attendants hired August 12, 2016 and after, and pre-merger CO/CMI Flight Attendants retiring August 30, 2016 and later
This document has all of the 2016 insurance rates for retirees (retirees after 6/2003), and it includes all of the HMO rates for all company service bands, coverage bands, and both pre and post Medicare eligibility.

Saving for Retirement
JUL 21 - The United AFA Membership and Grievance Database system can be accessed through a designated portal known as Memberlink. If you have not already registered your account, please do so as soon as possible. This will ensure you are able to file reports and ensure your correct contact information is always on file with the Union. You can find the link to Memberlink on the home page of our United MEC website at www.unitedafa.org.

MAY 02 - It is that time of year when open enrollment for voluntary supplemental benefits will occur. Our annual open enrollment is planned for May 8 – May 26.
DEC 21 - The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) has reached a two-year tentative agreement extension with McGee Air Services, an Alaska Airlines subsidiary, that will put over 2300 IAM membersat McGee Air Services workers at one of the highest pay scale levels for airline operation vendors in the industry.
