This area of insurance consists of benefits for Medical, Dental, Life, LTD and all other Insurance plans provided for United Flight Attendants.
This form authorizes any representative of the Association of Flight Attendants (AFA-CWA) to have access to, discuss and/or release any information relating to your claim.
These are the 2016 Health Care Rates, including all the Medical/ Dental/Vision active and COBRA rates.
These are the 2017 Health Care Rates, including all the Medical/ Dental/Vision active and COBRA rates.
2017 Retiree Insurance Rates 
These documents have all of the 2017 insurance rates for retirees as indicated:
- Pre-merger CO/CMI retired August 29, 2016 and earlier
- Pre-merger UA retired June 30, 2003 and earlier
- Pre-merger UA retired between July 1, 2003 and August 30, 2016
- Pre-merger UA retired August 31, 2016 and later
- Flight Attendants hired August 12, 2016 and after, and pre-merger CO/CMI Flight Attendants retiring August 30, 2016 and later
OCT 12 - United Airlines has partnered with International SOS to offer security and medical aid to its employees and crews in various situations, whether they are emergency or non-emergency in nature.
OCT 05 - We continue to see instances where employees on unpaid leaves of absence experience difficulties with health and wellness benefits resulting largely from confusion over how those premiums are paid while on leave.
SEP 18 - We would like to draw your attention to an important cause that affects the lives of countless women around the world. September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness about this silent and often deadly disease.
AUG 08 - AFA-CWA is providing an additional opportunity with long-term care solutions to help manage these costs. Our Marketplace offers products that ease the physical, financial, and emotional strain of extended care needs. Plus, all members have access to free caregiving resources, even if they opt not to purchase the long-term care coverage.
