On October 26, 2023, we will come together for our Day of Action.  We are strengthening our unity and power demonstrating our commitment to negotiating a Contract for improvements we've rightfully earned. 

United Flight Attendants are no longer willing to tolerate excuses and inaction from management—we are determined to see real change.  The United MEC unanimously passed a Resolution that lays the groundwork for advancing our Contract negotiations.  Our goal is to reach an Agreement within months, not dragging on for years.

United Flight Attendants are prepared to do "Whatever It Takes" to secure a Contract that acknowledges our contributions to the success of United Airlines.
