When it comes to Solidarity, our focus lies on supporting one another within our United AFA family. During challenging times, we lend a helping hand to each other, unite to advocate for better contracts, and collaborate as a Flight Attendant community to turn a brighter future into reality.

However, our pursuit of a new contract is not a solitary endeavor. Workers worldwide are joining forces and demanding more. The collective voice has been heard, and the status quo of the past is no longer acceptable for the future.

While we continue direct negotiations at the bargaining table, we have an opportunity to demonstrate our Solidarity with Flight Attendants at Alaska and American Airlines. On August 15th, AFA Flight Attendants at Alaska Airlines will be conducting a Day of Solidarity Informational Picketing at all six of their Flight Attendant bases. Flight Attendants at American Airlines, represented by AFPA, will be conducting informational picketing on August 30th (details TBA).

When Labor stands together and fights together, we all win.
