Communications

This Committee consists of one Chairperson, two Vice-Chairpersons and typically an Electronic Communications Coordinator.

The Committee is responsible for MEC communications including the MEC Website - unitedafa.org, the Union Update newsletter, AFA E-Lines, AFA United Social Media and other special publications for the Membership. The committee also develops educational programs about the Union, our Contract, the negotiation process, Flight Attendant profession, and the aviation industry.

Other assignments: the New Member Presentation, AFA-CWA Buddy Program, Membership Surveys and Media Relations.
