The following comparison chart is an outline of the Section 1113(c) Term Sheet demands from management and the AFA-CWA 2005-2010 Agreement which maintains all work rules, medical/dental benefits, and pensions.

Sick Leave

All contractual changes associated with negotiated concessions will be modified during the drafting of the Contract language only with the concurrence of AFA-CWA.
