The Company has indicated that Multiple Month leaves will not be available for February and discretionary time off, if any, will be given on a day to day basis in order to provide flexibility to the operation to support the scheduling of the Backstage 2019 Event. Additionally, Job-shares and one month COLAs are not anticipated for February.
