Flight Attendant telephone numbers are now available in CCS under the “My Info” area associated with your name. The contact information section on the Employee Info page has been pre-populated with contract information obtain from both of the pre-merger Unimatic and CCS systems with any and all ‘non-numeric’ information scrubbed. You will need to review the data and ensure that your area code is in the area code (or country code) is entered into the area code box of the phone field. To ensure you are properly contacted, ensure that each of your numbers are properly identified as either your Home, Cell or Other contact. You will know you’ve correctly updated these fields when you see your telephone number listed under your name.
