As today we transition to a common scheduling platform, we will also transition to a common reporting form for Hotel & Transportation Issues.

This form is available from the MEC website under the Reports and Forms tab which can be accessed directly at the following link:  https://unitedafa.org/reports/hotel/. 

Hotel & Transportation issues are to be reported to this single address by all Flight Attendants.   If you have questions, please contact your Local Council.
