But current laws are suffocating Union efforts on behalf of its Members, heavily weighing the scales down in favor of the big companies. To ensure our interests are protected, we need big change!

The Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act (H.R. 2474) is historic legislation that would level the playing field between management and labor. Workers' rights have been neglected and their bargaining power diminished after decades of Union-busting legislation.  Passing the PRO Act would change things.
