JUL 21 - The United AFA Membership and Grievance Database system can be accessed through a designated portal known as Memberlink. If you have not already registered your account, please do so as soon as possible. This will ensure you are able to file reports and ensure your correct contact information is always on file with the Union. You can find the link to Memberlink on the home page of our United MEC website at www.unitedafa.org.
JUL 21 - When it comes to Solidarity, our focus lies on supporting one another within our United AFA family. During challenging times, we lend a helping hand to each other, unite to advocate for better contracts, and collaborate as a Flight Attendant community to turn a brighter future into reality.
JUL 06 - We need to move beyond mere excuses and empty expressions of gratitude. United Flight Attendants require genuine recognition and concrete solutions to address the challenges we face on the front lines.
JUL 06 - In the event of irregularities and reassignment due to irregular operations, there may arise situations where we become eligible for the restoration of our day(s) off.
JUL 06 - As previously reported, the Union and the company reached mutual agreement to amend Section 23.F. of our Contract in order to enable Flight Attendants to earn a one-point attendance credit during the summer 2023 holiday season.
