2012-2016 Contract
On April 26, 2010 your elected leadership unanimously adopted an agenda item to put to a Membership vote the establishment, funding and benefit level of a new Strike Fund.
The vote asks if you endorse building a Strike Fund with a temporary
$3.75 monthly dues increase, in place only until a new Collective Bargaining Agreement is ratified. Ballot approval requires a two-thirds majority of valid votes cast. So, the decision is yours. The vote will open on May 24th and close on July 6th at 1600 Central Time.
We encourage you to review all of the information about our Strike Fund, and ask yourself, "What are you willing to do to get the Contract you want and need?"

ark your calendars! On February 18th the Joint MEC is conducting an ALL CALL to Chicago starting at 2 pm Central.
May 17 - Leaders of the United Airlines and Continental Airlines pilot unions received authority Thursday to call for a strike vote if the groups are released from mediated negotiations with the airline.
Jul 15 - An MEC resolution, unanimously adopted, set the parameters for the creation of a CHAOStm Strike Fund, which will be funded with voluntary contributions by Members and others who wish to support our efforts to secure an Industry-Leading Contract.
