Pass Travel Enrollment 2020
Annual Pass Travel election changes for the 2020 calendar year open in early December. Beginning December 4, 2019 Flight Attendants will have the opportunity to make selections for their 2020 pass travel elections. The selection window will remain open until December 30, 2019 at 7 pm (CT).
Flight Attendant that elect to surrender their buddy passes in leu of a Second Enrolled Friend will have the opportunity to designate their Primary Friendbeginning January 1, 2020. Married employees with a spouse / domestic partner and one enrolled friend will not have the option to designate the enrolled friend as the primary friend. Once your designation is made no changes may be made for the remainder of the year.
If you do not wish to make any changes for next year, you do not need to take any action. Keep in mind once the enrollment period closes, no changes can be made to your elections. If you do not make any updates, your eligible pass riders (family, extended family buddies and enrolled friends) will carry over to next year.
Flight Attendants who elect to keep regular buddy passes should be aware that regular buddy names will not roll over and will expire December 31 at midnight. They can be added at any time during 2020.
