Flight Attendants considering the company offered voluntary separation program VSP2 (Option A)are encouraged to connect with a Fidelity representative at 800-603-4015, or to schedule a virtual meeting (where available) to help you determine if you’re financially ready to retire. Flight Attendants interested in meeting with a Fidelity representative should be prepared to provide the following information:

  • 401(k) statements from any former employers (if applicable)
  • Statements from pension plans such as CARP, the IAM National Pension Plan, PBGC, etc.
  • Statements or balances from brokerage accounts, IRAs, any mutual funds and other bank accounts
  • Social Security Statements

We encourage all Flight Attendants interested in the VSP2 to refer to their
Personal Retirement Statement for support resources and details on your current benefits.

It is important for Flight Attendants based at International domiciles and who are U.S. citizens to understand that their personalized VSP2 statements does not include a statement about these benefits. This information was purposely left off the Social Security section the retirement statements for International Flight Attendants, NOT to communicate ineligibility, but rather to avoid confusion.
