The Joint Implementation Team is targeting the December 2017 bid month for the harmonization of Sick Leave and Occupational Injury (OI) bank accruals under the Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA).
As provided for under Section 13.A. of the JCBA, Flight Attendants will accrue sick leave each month based on paid activity in each designated quarter (September – November, December – February, March – May, June – August) to be credited on a quarterly basis as follows:
